That’s an inside job and pretty obvious. Those boxes weigh 50kg each. You can’t run, and they’re extremely conspicuous. The police station is two minutes away from the bank, it would have taken them less than five seconds, assuming the robbers were not going to run towards the police station, to call the roadblock on the opposite side and order them to block it.
