Tou can’t be locked out kabisa. Twitter or Facebook or Google sends email notification whenever password is reset with a link which you use to set a new one in case you did not ask for the password reset.

Always use two factor authentication, google that. P. S. I am not on twitter pase so I don’t know if it applies.
