Well i have been updating you guys of my weigh loss journey from intermittent fasting to swimming. I lost 5 kgs through swimming.

Kata horrible eating habits i.e fatty junk
Bottom line, be committed but kama 8-5 yako ni kukalisha kiyabis chini in some office don’t try those mofos are very lazy
