Jubilee has had plans to “export” such youth out of Kenya to solve those kind of problems.

Many counties have been trying to return street families to their ancestral homes, however the problem lies in the places they were born. So they return.

The fact that everyone is politicising this drug menace is just sad. Whether jubilee or cord comes into power in 2017, nothing much will be accomplished because the whole issue has been turned into a vote harvesting strategy. Raila was in the nusu mkate government na madawa yalikuwa, jubilee 5 years na madawa yapo still.
