They are busy issuing travel advisories yet here in Kenya Covid is nonexistent in Kenya. we even forgot how to wear masks. On the other hand, the virus is sweeping guys in US like fleas.

[SIZE=7]US issues travel advisory against Kenya[/SIZE]

The United States has issued a level three travel ban against Kenya following the rising cases of Covid-19.

This has downgraded the country from level one category which is a much safer level that required citizens to follow standard procedures.

“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Level 3 Travel Health Notice for Kenya due to COVID-19, indicating a high level of Covid-19 in the country,” CDC announced.

“Your risk of contracting COVID-19 and developing severe symptoms may be lower if you are fully vaccinated with an FDA authorized vaccine. Before planning any international travel, please review the CDC’s specific recommendations for vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers,” CDC further advised.

In Level Three, people are advised to avoid travelling due to serious risks to safety and security, unlike in Level One which is the lowest advisory level for safety and security risk. There is some risk in any international travel.

I don’t quite understand what is this discussion about. I mean waht you are going to discuss when the US government don’t want their citizens to go to Kenya. So what? Do you really want the Americans to come and infect local people with COVID? As it was stated the pandemic situation in america is pretty complicated, so I don’t really understand why you need american citizens come to Kenya. We are on the verge of the new outbreakes of pandemics and it is quite natural that the governments worldwide limit don’t want their citizens to go to developing countries because of the fact that there the overall situation with virus is even worse. Surely, Kenya can present their statistics on COVID, but who really trust that data? Be realists!
