China started reducing its exposure to USA bonds when USA confiscated Russian government security. They started selling of some of its bond and not renewing the one that matured. At its peak they had 1.3 trillion dollar. Now it’s stand at 735B.
China saved capitalism in 2008. This time the Americans will have no one to save them.
