The August 8 date is entrenched in the constitution. The constitution is the supreme law ergo any law that is in conflict with the constitution is thus null and void. After the court circus uchaguzi ni lazma na si tafadhali.

The Constitution is clear on election date…But if IEBC fucks up thats their own problem…They cannot purpote to hold an election contrary to the same constitution.
There will be no vacuum as Jubilee intends to properate this fear, the supreme court can set another date for elections.
