I don’t know what transpired before the guy became confrontational. That said, I think it’d be unwise to fight civil servants in YOUR own country. Fighting those in another country, especially like Russia, is one of the most stupid things anyone would ever do.

Maybe that’s his primary language. Most of those rich kids whose dads are dictators go to the best schools in English-speaking countries.

The boy has an ego problem. If he cannot control his tongue and his fists he will regret it. That’s not the way to protect your rights if you are a person of some influence; you call the right people to get the hounds off you.
