Its now their propaganda tool.
Personally, I would urge Kikuyus NOT to participate in these Safaricon BS. The fact is, balkanising the country to ensure that Kikuyus do not benefit from their large numbers and inherent tendency to take risks is intrinsically flawed.
If Safaricon wants to use that formula, even the distribution of dividends, for example should be based on “regional contribution to profits”…

Very true, guys from the big regions like Nairobi, Central and R.V are subsidizing small regions like coast and north eastern,
