Yes it is a litmus paper, as in it will be an indicator of whether Kalenjin votes are being swayed the Kanu way or still in Jubilee, even URP have been told to deliver the seat or else.

that’s another ball game all together. If Ruto feels like he will be shortchanged on 2022, he will probably rock the boat from within before 2022 just like he did in odm before 2007 and form a coalition with someone else. What I know is that it will be very difficult to be president in Kenya without being in a coalition (read tribal grouping). But hiyo maneno ya kurudisha mkono Ruto asahau kabisa.
