Raila must be a person with a strong heart, to vie for elections 4 times and lose all of them and you keep on trying despite age and everything that is working against you. With all the dissapointment that comes with losing an election? the guy must be really strong in the heart to be able to stand for another election knowing a similar fate will befall you. If it was me I would vie only for two times and call it quits. I compare this to trying to woo a lady who constanly rejects you and does not show any signs that encourages you.
