actually I live by that mantra, reason why I am still friends with several of my exes, I never really chase them away like animals, sometimes I let them do the dumping and if they come back one month down the line asking if I have seen the reasons behind their actions, I answer yes and throw a hint that I have started seeing someone else, there was even a time with one Ex she would ask me for advice on how to go about her new boyfie and me vice versa on my new catch.
