Iko kotu inaitwa Presidential Prerogative ama as americans call it, executive privilege, where, they unilaterally take actions to resolve serious policy disputes or to manage crises, and then justify their actions to parliament and the people thereafter, defending both the legitimacy of acting (their right to exercise power) and the authority of their actions (the wisdom of their policies). It can also be used to get other things done like create the Nairobi Metropolitan Area Transport Authority, which in itself is not a constitutional body like say, KDF or KRA.

Using it simply to make sure other cabinet secretaries answer to the principals is within the principles of separation of powers.

Quote specific sections of the law otherwise such creation of non-existent positions is void ab initio. If( and this is a bid if) they win those positions will fail as they will be challenged in court.

Well yes, you have to have an opinion on where you stand. And where your opinions show you stand is not neutral as you had wanted it to be seen, and as Somesay does it, but leans towards one side.

Well yes, you have to have an opinion on where you stand. And where your opinions show you stand is not neutral as you had wanted it to be seen, and as Somesay does it, but leans towards one side.

The functions assigned to the so called principles, are they not constitutional? Devolution, foreign affairs e.t.c

A judge, by job description, is convinced by evidence (ama rushwa, mlungula na threats, ama for favours). Before that, his initial opinion before listening to both sides or looking at the evidence, or in some cases where the jury formulates the opinion, his is just that. His opinion. After everything has been taken into account, will he make a decision based on what evidence or precedents set before him, and they may go against his personal opinion.

Apart from jubilee nominations on Friday where @Ruffneck and I were to prove that jubilee nominations will not be as smooth and rosy as had been sung to us, where else did you see me in a nominations thread? You chose to see what you wanted to see.

I have said here several times, these politicians wanatuchesa and since the upright ones can’t gather any steam, why not play this major ones against each other until we get what we want? Hiyo haujwai ona because you choose to see what you want to see.

Yes, I did not condemn ODM violence, neither did I condemn tumbilee violence. To me they were inevitable hence my silence. You did not notice that because you chose to see what you wanted to see.

What you are referring to is delegation of functions. Delegation of power, in this case being creation of Premier CS and his deputies and their power to supervise other CS’s can only be done through written law. Nothing short of a constitutional amendment can give such powers to anyone or delegate the executive authority given to the president.

This is true. Before Friday, we were all just a bunch of chilled back dudes who would poke fun at a few things, but mostly point out, once in a while, that there’s not much difference between communities in Kenya. I have personally always sought to point out that we are all just a bunch of jokers. Fiud macho can bear me witness when I tag him in Mugabe photos when Mugabe blunders, because fiud was a staunch supporter of the same and tends to think the guy is a god. When he insisted on painting Coasterians as a lazy bunch that suffer hunger because of their laziness and if not for kyuks who ferry cabbages in lorries to that place, they’d die of hunger, I refuted the claim. Later on, I was more than happy to call him to come and comment on the food being donated to Thika residents.
When nomineshens were approaching, us UOTP guys, specifically the NASA squadron, were bombarded with messages on how ODM/ NASA nomineshens was going to be shambolic, so we just mentioned how much those parties are one and the same thing and sat back. Friday was very critical in proving the same. We only posted here pics and went ahead to call Tumbilees out on their claims. We stopped there hiyo Friday. Sahizi we are always in helmets and flak jackets juu gusy will mention you to come and see photos of shambolic ODM/ NASA nimineshens, but be very economical with doing the same when Tumbilee photos are posted. The other day I posted a video of a Vihiga WR aspirant wailing at how her beign seen with Uhuru has jeopardized her chances at being elected coz she lost. Wueh, same guys were there saying how much I am not loyal to NASA and that I am confused.

In short, people get confused a lot when you just point out a few things so much they catch a case :D:D:D. Y’all need to calm your tits.

What you are referring to is delegation of functions. The constitution talks of the cabinet as consisting of the president, the deputy president, the A.g, and cabinet secretaries. No where does it explicitly say the cabinet secretaries answer exclusively/directly to the president.
