The Muderer Of Chris Msando Maybe An IEBC Supplier (tenderprenuer)

The last steps of the slain IEBC ICT manager Chris Msando continue to be investigated. Msando had left KTN studios on Mombasa road following a live interview between 6 and 7 pm to explain how KIEMS will work to transmit election results from counties to the national tallying center. It was later noted that, according to CCTV footage, Msando was spotted on Mombasa road with a female passenger and two men in his car. It was also said he appeared uneasy with the passengers in his car. The vehicle was driven on major roads around the city for a few hours with no clear final destination.

At points, it was reported he got out of the car to make frantic phone calls before they continued with their trip around the city. He and a 21-year-old female Kenya Medication Training College student, Caro Ngumbu, were later discovered dead in a forest in Kikuyu, and his car parked in Roysambu off Thika Road.

The 21-year-old Caro Ngumbu who was found murdered near Msando in a thicket in Kikuyu. In a statement issued by Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet on Tuesday, August 1, they were questioning waiters at a club where Msando had drinks prior to the unfortunate turn of events.

“Msando had drinks at Number 7 Club on Koinange Street after leaving the office at about 8.50 pm. He then met Caro Ngumbu. According to a waiter Msando met Ngumbu and another man. The man then left leaving Msando and Ngumbu together who left the club at about 1 am,” said Boinnet.

It was then that the drive across Nairobi was discovered on CCTV footage from traffic cameras set up across the CBD. It turns out, the female passenger in the car with the two other men had not been Caro Ngumbu. Police noted that this woman, wearing a red top, was one of the suppliers to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.

At 2.34 AM, all passengers exited the vehicle save for a male occupant who drove the car towards the city center. It was at this moment that it was being taken to Roysambu as it was seen being driven on Thika Road.

Deal gone bad? I wondered how a government employee with several women to maintain afforded a discovery. His family doesn’t seem well off so it must have been from his ‘own efforts’

I told you the lightskinned lady seen on CCTV was not this Ngumbu girl. She is not light skinned and from hizo movements zake and very irrational actions like mpesa and sms at 3am this guy was under some duress/pressure. Poor girl was just killed because she was with him. So tragic na vile everyone had already started blaming her for the man’s death.Saa hio the guy is not only a cheapskate but also a thug who is not paying suppliers.SHAME!

The paradox of life. Even with tragedies those with nothing to say must shout from the rooftops.

Let the truth come out. It’s really a shame that Jakuon and his cohorts are always on the forefront blaming the Government (President) even when one ends endangers his/her life in some hanky panky monkey games.

Am beginning to think that its Msando who was used to lure the girl to her death as shed seen the assasin at club 7. Hii 300 for cab at 3am yet by 2.30 am cctv shows only Msando and a male occupant in the car on Mombasa Rd was to brig the gal to Msando and hence the assasin. According to NTV , 8.50pm left office and went to Club 7 Kstreet, and was in company of Ngumba and another man. After that 2.24am car was seen at Uhuru Highway,Bunyala roundbout, same occupants, (in 10 minutes time )to Mombasa Rd 2.34 am Nyayo Stadium back to town with 1 male occupant driving police cant confirm if the driver was Msando. Next 2.47 am Ngara-Thika Rd, To TRM ! This one needs FBI and Scotland Yard. Lakini why go galvanting usiku wa manane when youve received death threats and you’re central to an election,Monday dry run is being done.Huyu ni kifo tuu ilikuwa inamuita.

Msando was not a boy scout, i read somewhere else the man was fired from his previous job for unethical behavior

FBI and Scotland Yard will be no good if the cid do not collect enough evidence, this is not a complex a case, I reckon there must be a lot of loose ends in terms of DNA, CCTV footage, phone calls and SMS records, eyewitnesses, the fact that they were dumped in an area known to be a dumping ground for murder victims means the cops already have clues as to whom might have done the dirty work. If they are willing they will catch the culprits, I’d be looking for the person who drove the car to Roysambu, the man they were with at the club and the exchange point where Musando and Carol were bundled into another vihecle

James Muhati, the guy that Chris Msando replaced had been sent on compulsory leave for not cooperating with the audit department. It seems he had something to hide or/and may also have had dealings with tenderprenuers.

I agre

I agree,if they are willing they will get these culprits in less than a week. Also looks like this Msando guy had a lot of underhand dealings, four mobile handsets don’t make sense to me.

CCTV iko all over the city. “Another man” should become a person with a name just as Msando and Caro.
