The Man Sold His Land Before His Death....Family Trying To Scam The Buyer Thru Sympathy...

A businessman in Kiambu County was on Thursday, November 19, buried under tight police security as two warring factions threatened to disrupt the funeral over land matters.

The officers oversaw the man’s burial in a bid to shield the family from chaos emanating from land-related dispute.

In a video, the police engaged the villagers in running battles, fired shots in the air and lobbed teargas cannisters to disperse mourners who had gone to witness the burial.

According to the businessman’s daughter, the family had received a court order allowing them to bury him on the controversial one month after his passing on.

“We came to bury our father who has stayed in the mortuary for one month. We went to court and received a court order because there have been rumours that we sold the land, but we have the title deed,” she stated.

A different group of individuals objected to the burial, claiming that the deceased had sold them the piece of land before his death. o_O

“We want the government to help us solve this matter because the deceased sold the piece of land to a man called Peter Kiseru before his death. We previously won the case, but now the family says that they have a court order,” a woman on the opposing side said.

Some of the villagers claimed the man had sold the land, and that it no longer belonged to him as claimed by the family.

that man did not deserve a proper burial. He disinherited his own children, for a small amount of money.

Azikwe tu langata shimo ni ile ile tu. Mchwa watakula

Was his land wasnt it. Its like kids crying you sold your car and didnt give it to them.

You have a very vvvvv unhealthy interest in sapere matters. Tell us what ‘she’ did to you after you take a hard hard hard look at the man staring at you in the mirror. Dayuum.

Majority of land in Kenya Ni agriculture land na haiwezi kuuzwa kama mboga Kuna procedure unatakiwa ufuate, failure to,the sale is null and void

The courts deemed the sale legal though.

Shamba was sold to ankoo and the title legally transferred.
Ankoo then flips the shamba to a Nairobi based guy.

Kijana mwizi tries to block the funeral procession from entering “his :D:D” shamba.
Kijana was chased by irate villagers…hahahaha

You cannot sell inheritance land, only that you have purchased. Otherwise one is allowed to place a caution on the land.

What if you have a title deed? I know many who have sold.

You cannot sell inheritance land,
You can only sell land that you’ve purchased and got a deed against. Otherwise one is allowed to place a caution on the land.

Well they ought not to have sold it, since the land came into your possession after the demise of a parent it’s only considered fair that you leave it for the next generation.

Kwani how much did he steal?
