There are many incidences that are memorable from the debacle that was ICC. But my best moments was when The AG, tge very Professor Githu Muigai, went to the Hague, and lectured the living daylight out of the assemblage of learned fools.
Hehehe. I still remember the look of utter shock and disbelieve on the faces of the OP when it dawned on them that An African can be that sharp and fluent in matters law.

Atashika guitar ya eurobond na NYS
Yesterday was a sad day for kenya, and Africa as a whole. The definite losers are the victims. And all of us the potential victims. The winner just renewed the license to kill. And is more experienced on how to get away with genocide.
It is now official that the PEV was planned, financed and executed by ghosts. With erections just around the corner, and with the ghosts still roaming free, I cant help but cry for my beloved country.

True to that.
Blame it on the ICC investigators. We all know what transpired, unless one have been leaving under the rock.

Well said, but your last statement was more derogatory and it will fuel verbal diarrhoea and insults to our very own old geezer.
Nilisikia âcircumlocus argumentâ nikajua kamwana free
The poor people should go back to their shambasâŚ
What happened to the farms of those people chased away from the rift? Who is tilling them?
Exactly. We all know justice has been defeated. it is no longer our shield and defender.
The geezer assumed the role of a prophet and scribbled some prophecy. Talk of the false prophets. I fail to understand how a full grown asshole can celebrate when people were killed and displaced, and the alleged perpetrators ale let free. I think he is senile (or mad)
Hio Osungu buana!
They were grabbed. Kwani husomangi gazeti? Someone prominent has been having a case over taking possession of an IDPs land.
I think it was an eye -opener to those fools who are incited to carry out such uncalled for killings. It puts across a very elaborate point that the rich and powerful will always have their way. Therefore the poor people should learn to live with their neighbours!
Just wait for the next PEV. There is nothing that the politicians will fear so theyâll go all out. I was hoping that at least one big fish would get a sentence and this would act as a deterrent to other like minded politicians.
How did you expect that ? We also saw the ICC Prosecutor in action. If u wanna blame anyone, then blame KNHR and the Drafters of Waking report
PEV victims deserve justice, and ICC have given them the middle finger, courtesy of incompetence.
I feel that the transition from Ocampo to Bensouda also had a bearing to this. The president also did some arm twisting and lobbying to the Western countries.
And most importantly, we know that witnesses were bribed, threatened and coerced so the odds were always stuck against ICC.
Whatâs your opinion on the quality of Investigations that were done by the Prosecutorâs Office in regard to PEV
Truth is they had no farms. Those were town hawkers who smartly exploited the opportunity to be given free land.Otherwise ingekuwa mtu anasema nilifukuzwa from hthis land so gover give me another piece.
Someone please give me the link.My hairs rose just hearing the smart, eloquent, intellectual arguments he made that left the jungus wide mouthed
There were people who owned farms in rural North and South Rift who never went back. Achana na wale walikuwa wakiiishi town.
it a sad state of affairs called kenya
