The God of Israel is the only true God; ALL other gods are idols

I’ve started noticing something strange lately.
Whenever I say “the God of Israel,” a lot of Christians look confused. Some even ask what I mean, like they’ve never heard that phrase before.

That’s wild to me, because that’s literally who the Bible is about. The God of Israel is the God of the Bible. But it shows how far we’ve drifted from the roots of our own faith.

Somewhere along the way, Christianity in the West got so watered down and westernized that people started treating it like a separate Gentile religion, as if Jesus didn’t come out of Israel, as if He wasn’t fulfilling the Law and the Prophets.

Once you strip Christianity from its Jewish roots, what’s left isn’t Christianity anymore. It’s a counterfeit.

That’s what you see in the New Age movement or even back in Nazi Germany with “Positive Christianity.”

They all talked about “Christ,” but not the Christ, not the Son of Yahweh, the covenant God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Their version of Jesus is a universal, mystical savior disconnected from the God of Israel.
And I think that’s exactly why Revelation says the nations will make war against the Lamb when He returns.

Because the Jesus the world has embraced isn’t the real one.
They’ve been conditioned to love a Christ made in man’s image, one who fits their ideals but not God’s truth.

So when the real Messiah comes, rooted in a repentant Israel, fulfilling prophecy as the Son of David, and confronting the rebellion of the nations, they won’t recognize Him.
They’ll see Him as the enemy.

The world’s rejection of the God of Israel isn’t new. It’s the same old rebellion repeating itself, the same pattern that’s been playing out since the beginning, setting the stage for the final deception.

It’s all becoming so much clearer by the day.

We truly are in prophetic times.

Actually, what’s referred to as ‘God of Israel’ is actually simply ‘God’. The 10 plagues were simply judgement for what in my view, was the end of the Egyptian civilisation. Moses and Aaron specifically warned Ramses II (or his son Merneptah), that the plagues would be more severe as they progressed since it would be the Egyptian gods being judged through him. Not necessarily the Egyptian people.

Egypt as described in the old testament is at the peak of it’s civilisation, and through their gods (these are demigods occupying higher dimensions) such as Isis, Ra and Anubis etc they were committing incredibly evil atrocities since in their system, the pharaoh was basically a divine figure.

The Israelites were smart because they recorded these events into what eventually became the bible. So yes, the ‘God of Israel’ is the one true God, so you can just say ‘God’.

Wherever there were people, there were gods. The difference is that those gods were ancient demonic spirits whose influence was weakened when Jesus of Nazareth came to earth.
Yahweh not only chose for Himself a people, He also gave them a new name (Israel), and a new religion straight from heaven, complete with Holy Writ. Did your pagan gods maintain scripture? The Greeks and Muslims tried to copy Judeo-Christians in maintaining records of their gods’ pursuits but they fell flat. It’s not by chance but through Divine preservation that the Bible has been transmitted with remarkable accuracy, over millenia and despite persecution.

John 1:1-2. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning.

So the Muslims and budhism are are wrong ?

For once we’re agreed on something.

The main question is why is matters. For example why does it matter whether the christian God is of Israel or Palestine.Mbona mtu asijiwekee belief yake kwake.Im glad im not meeting hawa jesus smugglers wa church mbinguni after death because im heading in the opposite direction tukiwa na panjeet, chinese, modern jungu.
Personally, I wouldnt believe a god who pours inside a random woman in Palestine, the whole time Joseph believed its his son, then kills his own son to expand his power.

Have you read any other religious text apart from the Bible?

Hebrew Bible stole from Zoroastrianism. They aren’t exactly original either

Yes indeed. I’ve studied Islam, and to a lesser extent Hinduism and Buddhism. No other religion answers the logically sound solution to the problem of evil, suffering, and salvation. More than that, I do not just follow a religion, but the living God who defeated death. His name is Jesus Christ.

I do not know about Budhism, but Islam came 600 years after Christianiy, propulgated by an individual that said he met an angel in a dark cave. If you know anything about spirituality and its symbolism, darkness is clearly a huge red flag. The same dude ran around calling for the murder of non believers, the antithesis of Christ’s teachings. Doesnt need rocket science to see that one is clearly a fake and a phony mean tto mislead.
