In Kenya, it’s normal for a woman to conceive a child, and then go on Facebook, find a rich looking guy to claim child support.
You can normally tell these types from a mix of desperation, delusion and total lack of knowledge of court procedures.. they typically use the Chief to resolve paternity cases, not DNA testing.
Enforcement is via tribal police or ‘KDF’ guy, both numbered government employees.
