My former employer once denied me permission to attend an intaviu for a greener pasture. I bolted an wentt away anyway without that permision. After going and passing, I later went and informed him, of which he sheepishly asked me, " so you are leaving us just like that?"

Last year I openly refused the company to install a tracker in my car. This was a move to track my movement in the field since they pay me a 100K mileage. They asked me to use a company vehicle with a fuel card. I openly told the HR I will not pick the car and he is free to not pay me my mileage allowance.

I have been in sales for quite sometime now and 1 thing I know is that a good salesman has no discipline and is never afraid to take risks. Guys who worship the system at work and live in fear of losing their jobs are the worst performers.
