… and agnostics make it sound. After all, a lot of man-made things are awesome, e.g. technology, music, art, architecture, engineering, etc.
What I care about is the truth. Truth beyond doubt. What better venue is there to settle this millenia-long debate than a science lab?
So who created the God you believe? You want scientist to prove the origin of space yet you have no answer of who created God.
God doesn’t have a problem with Science.
Science has a problem with God.

My human logic tells me something: that if a runaway train is heading East, then it definitely came from the West.
Space must have come from a vacuum. Matter must have come from nothing. Time must have started at timelessness. Energy must have come from nothing. Life must have started from non-life.
For all of that to happen, something or someone, must exist to kickstart the process.
That something or someone must be beyond the confines of space, matter and time. And must be the very source of energy and life itself.
At the moment, Science doesn’t tell me who or what that is. The Bible tells me in its very first chapter.

Lol, using the bible as a reference and believing in it just shows your level of thinking, So the God in the bible first created light then later created sun. Is that logical?? If the first chapter of the bible has mistakes, what makes you think it knows who created the universe!

If you had a scientific theory or scientific proof, should I forbid you from quoting the scientific text, study or the scientist himself just because I don’t like it?
Does the sun have a monopoly on light?
Atleast science has given out more sense on the universe creation that the bible. Watch Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey documentary to get more insight.
The sun is a star. The low IQ authors of the bible were unaware of this

Big bang theory
State the Big Bang Theory in 200 words or less.
Especially the part where it tells us the source of matter, energy, time and life.

I’ve watched a thousand science documentaries since 1995. Heck, I was even an atheist in my teenage years!
The science docs are never objective. They come to the table with hardened pre-conceived notions. Then they wrap their arguments in jargon and unproven theories.
But for the sake of my genuine pursuit for truth, I will take your offer. And I will bring you my feedback.

The low IQ authors of the Bible have us debating 2500 years later.
Name a high IQ scientist whose works have stood the test of 300 years.

it does not say where matter comes from. Nobody knows, even the bible does not tell us.

big bang theory will last for centuries. Its still a new concept

You have seen it fit to table evidence of your empty-headedness one more time? Clearly you have nothing to contribute, but you just can’t keep quiet.

…nd was shown the four kingdom on the corners of earth.
i see all religions as mental illness
You are back right from my starting point of view
i mean the more you think about it the less sense it makes sense… so jesus died to save you from himself… religion projects god in mans image
It is because human thinking is expanding. That wave is now happening in Africa. Many people are ditching religion
The universe is full of Abundance. It a self regulatory mechanism. It is a perpetual motion. Most humans invented religion to try to understand the universe. Due to us being mortal we invented God and tried to keep us in fear of the unknown after our demise. Once you see death as a transition of this life to another form of life.
