Was this verse written to suit White people desires

Hiyo chapter ni kali sana by the way, mimi nilisomanga hiyo section nikiwa nimefunga jicho moja… Mpaka vs30 hapo juu inasema; “Utachumbia mwanamke halafu jamaa mwengine atakuja alale na yeye!” Wah! Makosa.
The bible has verses that justify all manner of shit.
Mpaka nashangaa.
Hawa ni wasomali.
That verse and chapter is specifically addressing the people of Israel. Vile huwa mnashinda mkijiingiza kwa hii mambo ya Jews ni nyinyi tu mnajua.

These verses were commonly misused by manipulative colonialists and slave masters…but the Bible also encourages people to stand up for their rights against oppression. 2nd Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
Also, God wouldn’t have bothered rescuing the sinful Israelites from slavery in Egypt and Babylon if He saw nothing wrong with a person holding another human captive and forcing them to labour against their free will.
Mzungu alisahau kutoa hii verse…
Isaiah 4:1
1 In that day seven women will take hold of one man and say, “We will eat our own food and provide our own clothes; only let us be called by your name. Take away our disgrace!”
2 Samuel 5:13
13 After he left Hebron, David took more concubines and wives in Jerusalem, and more sons and daughters were born to him.
2 chronicles 11:21
21 Rehoboam loved Maakah daughter of Absalom more than any of his other wives and concubines. In all, he had eighteen wives and sixty concubines, twenty-eight sons and sixty daughters.
Exodus 21:10
10 If he marries another woman, he must not deprive the first one of her food, clothing and marital rights.
The topic is how colonizers misinterpreted the Bible to enforce exploitation on their subjects. Hii story yako ya Isaiah 4:1 na mabibi is just irrelevant
What is there to misinterpret here?
Ephesians 6:5 “Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ.”
Can You read What Bazuka has said before rushing to type your response??
Hmn… Isaiah aside, has the Bible really been misinterpreted? Seems to me mzungu interpreted it exactly as it was meant to be.
Religion is currently being weaponized by many to justify all manner of injustices and backwardness …
Just to name a few …
In the midst of all that confusion , the Creator sent us a Redeemer to Clarify , Correct and Lead us towards REAL worship and salvation …
And that Redeemer also gave You a CHOICE to believe or otherwise … :D:D
The Bible ( Religion) was one of the weapons in the colonial toolbox …
It confused , disarmed , pacified , brainwashed then enslaved masses of the colonized …
2 Corinthians 3:6 KJV
…who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament ; not of the letter , but of the spirit …
For the letter killeth , but the spirit giveth life …
Context brother, context. Read the Bible in context.
Monogamy as Policy:
As Christianity emerged out of the Roman Empire in the first centuries AD , it embraced Monogamy and took it further , insisting that two people must reserve their bodies and desires for each other, marriage becoming “an everlasting threesome with God”.
1 Corinthians 7 :
…“… But since there is so much Immorality , each Man should have his own Wife , and each woman her own Husband …”
So…
The issue now …
Is Polygamy Sinful…???
And if so , Why … ??? … :D:D
