In less that three months China has lost its cheap lifeline of oil that they were paying below market rates in Renminbi meaning all that money was going back to Beijing. Iran got military equipment including radar and at this point I would say Iran’s home made equipment are better off than Chinese made stuff; this is what you get when you buy military equipment from Temu.
At this juncture China has to start buying Oil in US Dollars paying market value and they need lots , I mean lots . This messes up the cheap Chinese goods making life hard for the rest of the world. Right now oil producting countries will not give a fcuk since they know China has been undercutting them by dealing with Tehran. The tariffs by Trump are already a nuisance then add the cost of market price oil, long shipping due to danger on the Suez plus the fact Chinese port operators got kicked out of Panama. Trump had them by the balls literally, they will be giving up those rare earth.
Last but not least, the Arabs are being dealt with for aligning with China and trying to break the USD hegemony. The US doesn’t give a fcuk about them at this moment, they will be stuck with reconstruction and will have to depend on the US for more military equipment, for those with money time to own LockHeed, Raytheon etc as they will triple/quadruple their production to replenish diminished supplies.
And that is how the US is trying to fcuk up China and the BRICs destroying economies and making billionaires more rich.

So the leverage on China isn’t that great. Plus china has been stockpiling oil and will be able to absorb the shock for a few months while the prices in the USA have already started to rise which means trump has a very short window to wrap things up.
