I have just been told ningojee another 2 weeks (after waiting 90 days for payment, extending the Bid Bond for another 90 days, Travelling, I did not use LPO financing hio itafanya watu wa Bank). This tender started 1 year ago. Ama Sijalipa mtu!

when I did it, it was very gud biz but sasa getting paid almost 3 months down the line doesn’t make sense, shida ya hawa watu huwa nini lakini?
No offence but how long have you been in business, rule of thump, facilitation fees (if any) are normally agreed upon before the submission of Tender documents so that they dont eat into your revenue, i know its sad but thats just the way it is

cownty ni noma! my wife did a tender ya county and was never paid, she even forgot about it! later on at the end of the financial year ndio alipata withholding tax certificate from treasury and she din’t know kumbe she got paid.

Even worse, I did another tender ya Kujenga Ukuta. And, everyday I walk outside the Institution na hiyo project has never been done after 2 years!

@jimmy_m I said I will start taking all my tenders to PPOA tribunal! I know some cases where umelipa kila mtu ukikuja kudemand payment wanakuwekea carpet from the parking, but it still lags kwa PPOA and is awarded to another company. Sasa kama umelipa Finance et al uko na shida, hakuna refund.
