There is no restriction on what pictures one should post or whatnot about the citizens of any country…
The AU Headquarters is such a well known landmark you need not visit Addis to identify it…

What he is saying is that the fancy buildings should not be an indicator of life in that country. If all the pictures you saw of Nairobi were of it’s skyline you would wonder why anyone would call us a developing country.

I just posted the pictures…I did not make any allusion to the quality of life in the said country.
I don’t know why he was pressured to comment on what i’ve not alluded to.
