Safaricom can donate 8 hours (08:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 17:00 ) of quality basic educational content Media streaming as part of it’s CSR program.
The ministry of education can provide training Media , reference libraries sites and centralized top quality lectures beamed from a studio and Teacher Assistants at various localities.
8 inch Tablets and writing materials ( pens , A4 folders , ruled , lined and square stationery ) provided to all learners.
After lecture transmission, teacher Assistants can follow up queries and assignments with individual students.
"Existing infrastructure ( Church , Mosque and social halls , large tents , unused portions of Stores and Warehouses) can be used in lieu of purpose built facilities*.
Tablets and Snacks can be crowd funded , donated or baulk sourced by the ministry.
