If you don’t mind working with mostly Asians, they are expanding and hiring new personnel, they pay well too.
You will get good experience …bt dnt b too cormfortable , never worked there btw :D:D:D:D

Any employer who doesn’t have a definitive salary structure and job grades is a bad employer. Imagine you are working in the same department doing the same duties but you have different salary scales with wide margins.
I don’t work there but it’s good place to gain relevant experience.
@Topcat,seems you know alot.What about Highchem in industrial area?
Sorry i don’t know much about highchem, The advantage is that if you have very good read: relevant experiance and qualifications, you can negotiate a very good salary.
If you can stand wahindi bosses micro-managing you and speaking in Punjabi in meetings to each other, you can take the job. Wahindis are terrible bosses!
