I have been trying to “update system” ya simu yangu but all I get after downloading the update is “failed to update”.
Is there any other way to deal with this??

Is this Infinix hot note? and have you ever rooted your phone?
Meanwhile power off your phone
and go to recovery
press volume up + power button
and press again volume up + power button
select apply updates from cache
and select update. zip
then complete
reboot your phone
now your phone is successfully updated
