Now the important part of that is the “despite adverse consequences”. What are the adverse consequences of cannabis use? Cancer? No. Mental disease? Drugs do not cause mental disease. Lazyness? That’s a learned habit that affects everyone not just drug users. The truth is there are no adverse consequences of cannabis use, except getting caught and locked away in jail. Therefore there is no such thing as cannabis addiction.
