Jus cop your self all Action Bronson albums and enjoy yourself.
Good hip hop beats but of all time is a stretch
The best instrumentals should include House Djs like Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Avicii, Skrillex, Hardwell, Armin Van Buuren and the likes whose songs are 90% instrumental IMO.
If you know, you know.

Off all time nasema ni za Kenya zile za Ogopa,Ted,Calif,Ulopa,Musyoka and many more juu ni ngumu kupata.
Shook ones ya mob Deep made by Havoc has to be one of the most dope tracks ever made.
Still Dre, make it rain, lean back za Scott Storch
Albums za Busta kama Anarchy na Genesis have some of the best producers doing some fab work hapo… Akina Get out, better stay up in your house, Holla na kadhalika. Everything remains raw ni kali sana.
M.O.B. also got some dope producers pale kwa Warriorz…. Sikumbuki tracks by name though.
Timbaland also has a good list btw
What was more underrated during that era was Trick Daddy’s album Back by Thug Demand.
DJ Paul was also pretty underrated. People forget he won an actual academy award, something that nobody in any top 5 dead or alive list has done.
The other surprising thing about this era is that Outkast have sold more records than Eminem.
