PAYE nayo sijui walitoa ngapi. alafu this year vile nilisemanga kwa hekaya yangu nilipata job kwa kampuni flani Mombasa road nikadunga miezi mbili na nilikatwa 1k per month kama PAYE making it 2K for the two months. Saa ikifika hapo msee hufile aje returns.

Kuna venye sidai kupatia mtu pesa ya bure anifanyie kitu naeza jifanyia. Hii ni mara yangu ya kwanza kufile returns coz nilipata KRA PIN last year June.

Enda cyber lipa jamaa anukishe kitunguu…

If Paye = 1k per month, calculate basic salary

Ask the employers to provide you with your p9 form it got all the info your looking for that way you can file your return bila wasiwasi

Most are clueless.

Nope, teach a man to fish

  1. ingia pale itax.kra.go.ke
  2. login with whatever you registered with
  3. navigate to this page https://itax.kra.go.ke/KRA-Portal/eReturns.htm

huko kwingine nimesahau, but you should be able to file your “income tax - resident” online without the need of a p9 form. if your 2 employers remitted your taxes for last year, you will see it when you create a new return. and you can use those figures to complete the returns form
in that same return you will have to fill in figures for the two incomes, but since they are already there, you can just copy paste into the relevant fields.

if you don’t see any tax remitted, just file a nil return.

Sijaona kitu ka

If employment is your only source of income, you can use the ITR Option. Go to Returns>ITR for Employment Income only
after selecting the ITR option utapata all the what you need to file your returns without the p9.
