The Minister of Health, Hon. Mohamed Omary Mchengerwa signing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Health of Tanzania and the Ministry of Ayush India. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in the Natural Medicine Sector including areas of research, training and exchange of experiences in Natural Medicine issues, in line with the WHO Strategy for Natural Medicine 2025-2034. The signing ceremony of the agreement was held on the sidelines of the Second World Health Organization (WHO) Conference held in New Delhi, India on 19 December 2025. India is one of the countries that has made significant progress in the Natural Medicine Sector.
