Actually 147 cases in the country with population of +59M people is almost negligible to me.

I’ve tried explaining these things to you but you don’t get. Let me give you a tale of two countries in Africa.
Ghana. Has a population of 30M. It has done over 50,000 tests. Has 640 positive cases.
Tz. Population of 59M as you say. Has done perhaps 300 tests(where are the figures?). Has 147 positive cases.
Which country are Kenyans happy about & want their country to emulate? Ghana even though they have more positive cases with smaller population. Because they test more. With more testing comes better isolation of positive cases thus stemming the spread.
To make it worse, The virus has spread in all corners of Tanzania. Locking down Dar wont solve the problem. @fox21
Actually, Tanzania’s infection curve is quite different from that of any other country in the world.
