I have watched him for a few years. He has been around for a while. Whilst advocating for change, he never really takes a hard stance on anything. Almost like he is scared to aggravate someone. Supposed to be amongst the youth crop taking over but the old men still prevail.
The way this Solai story is unfolding points to a lot of underhand shenanigans that are underway to defeat the course of justice.
Just after the dam burst, the media reported that the owner of the Solai Coffee Estates hadn’t recorded a statement with the police since he was out of the country at the time of the incident and almost a week after and when he finally gave an interview on NTV, it was the owner himself one Mansukh Patel Kasangara.
But when charges were being preferred, it was instead his son Perry Mansukh Kasangara who was arrested and arraigned in a Naivasha court. The same son who has now been granted the permission to travel out of the country.
What if he fails to return?
Will they now go for the father who’s for all purposes the real owner and press fresh charges?
I highly doubt so. There must be a reason why the family decided the son to take the charge.
Why would you? Why criticized someone who no longer is in power but has a bit of sway in day to day politics. It may seem like the cowards way but logic dictates not even mentioning your true feelings towards the guy and not risking your position where you can change how things are done.
