MMF i still trust ya CIC. Though it doesn’t offer the highest interest rate kwa soko.
For SACCO currently niko ya Job tu. Also not the best, but at least I know the ins and outs of its operation.

You can limit your potential by saying “mimi siwezi lipa rent ya pesa flani”. What you should be asking for instead is to make a higher income until the rent doesn’t make a dent in your pocket.
The fact that your average Kenyan is convinced that everyone should own a house given a certain circumstance points out to the reason there are more people that are easily conned in real estate deals. Doesn’t have to be a deal in Gakuyo/ Lesedi nature, your average Kenyan will buy a plot at 3m when its actual value is half of that same amount or even lower.

Plus Syokimau kuna apartment kama Indesign Makumbi Park. It has better units than 60% of those you’ll find in Kileleshwa and Kilimani. Yet sai 1 bedroom ni 27K pekee (Nangoja kuona ka rent itashukishwa ndo peasants tuingie na Fujo)
