Sweating question

Hi villagerw,

Another villager has raised a question about sweating.

Once i walk for a few kilometres, i start sweating.
Any small physical exercises i sweat yet others haven’t broken a sweat.

Is there a way to reduce the sweating.
Sometimes its a bit embarrassing

It means you are approaching menopause. Nothing to be ashamed of really.

If you haven’t given birth you better hurry up before your eggs dry up.

I am also a heavy sweater, even when physically fit. It has to do with your skin type. It is oily and with large pores.
wear dark colors to avoid the sweat being too visible on your clothes

Hata mimi hu sweat but niki work out ama nikiwa zoezi, fifteen minutes into a friendly game na jasho inatiririka.

The more to engage in physical work you stop too much sweating, you start by losing weight and then build up muscles for tough work. I think there is a change of the type of muscle from lean succulent muscle to hard dry one as one becomes hardened.

Do you drink alcohol? Alcohol messes up your body’s fluid balance. Alcohol depletes your electrolytes and your body starts losing fluids abnormally. If you drink, try going an extended period bila alcohol and see if it makes a difference.
