A Good Example :
The current Hunger and lack of Medical Access being experienced by the Unemployed and Low Income Families in the USA.
Since the Great Depression of 1929 , the vast majority of US Citizens have never experienced Hunger or a lack of Medical Access.
Now under Trump and his MAGA Republic the situation has changed.
It is estimated that 100K-150K will die from those 2 effects alone this Year.
That was something that did not have to happen.
It is a blessing in disguise.

I have a better solution for Africa ..
It is the " Back to Basics" Model ..
- We have Governance Structures that don’t function led by criminal misfits who have no business in Leadership.
- We have public affairs presided over by “Educated Fools” looking out for their own interests instead of their real vocation of Public Service.
- Our entire Education System and its outcomes are not fit for purpose.
8 years of Basic Education , 4 Years of Secondary Education and 3-4 Years of University / College “education” are producing clowns who cannot express themselves verbally or in writing and whos only goal appears to be the dwindling white collar jobs in bloated government or multi-nationals.
SUMMARY OF CHANGES :
Political :
- Abolish all Political Parties and Ethnic based organizations.
- Create 10 Counties with 100 Member Peoples Assemblies.
- All the 100 are elected for a strictly 1x5 Year Term with a Performance , Ethics and Recall Contract.
- They rotate serving 4 Years in the County Assembly and 1 Year at the 200 Member National Parliament ( .. 20 from each County at any 1 Time.. ) and subject to Perfomance , Ethics and Recall Contract.
- Parliament Elects a Speaker , President and Independent Ombudsman from among the Members for strictly 1x5 Year Term who are answerable to Parliament and its Oversight Commitees.
(..No Nominations , Senate , Representatives , Advisors , Bimbos or Mistresses of any kind..!!). - The professional Ministerial Cabinet of 15 Members is recruited the Independent Public Service Commission and vetted by Parliament for strictly 1x5 Year Term with Performance and Ethics Contracts and subject to Parliamentary Oversight.

Education Policy :
The entire Education System must be overhauled to stop churning out fools and individuals with useless paper titles.
Agriculture , Industry , Infrastructure , Technology , Trade , Health and Innovation will be the new focus.
Appropriate Technology and Innovation :
Simpler and more hands-on appropriate technologies and methods must be rapidly embraced and implemented.
- Green Energy.
- Water Conservation , Rain Harvesting , simple Sand Dams in every community.
- Effective Affordable Technologies.
(Eg: 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath Precast Bungalow with water collecting Skillion Roof with a 30K Underground Storage Tank , Solar Panel / Water Heater and Bio-digester can be mass built in 4 weeks on 60x50 plots with basic finishes @ Kes: 1.8 million each.. I have featured one such building in a detailed post here)
A National Land Policy :
(..a very thorny and emotional issue and I must confess that , although I am not an expert , some common sense needs to apply..).
- Firstly - Land is a finite resource - it does not “grow or multiply”.
Therefore ( in principle most land should be Owned or ultimately be controlled by the State ON BEHALF OF CITIZENS ). - Foreigners and their entities ( or Local Proxies ) should not OWN Land.
(..in fact , in some countries , foreigners can not own or control land..)
Carefully managed , controlled Leases for specific purposes with stringent National Land Board Oversight should be the way forward.
The current on-going shady , dubious and very likely illegal land allocations , ownerships and use (.. that is even protected by the WANTAM Regime ) must be reversed forthwith.
Sensible conversations must be had on sensitive issues regarding Ancestral , Communal , Sacred and Burial Sites and other special purpose and infrastructure requirements.
And we should all be open to new ideas and making necessary changes that will benefit us all.
