1. Install UBUNTU live OS(or any other Live OS… like Linux Mint) on a Flash Drive
2. Connect the Flash Drive to the locked computer
   3.Restart machine to boot into Live OS and then copy the data you need.

Depending on which type of file it is there are many ways of uploading stuff without cables. My best one is just switching on data and pairing phone with comp using web whatsapp. This usually works for small audio files and pdf.

If it’s a larger file, either zip it, email yourself and access it on phone or upload to the cloud like Google Drive if you have enough data

I’ll seriously advise you to stop assuming you’re the smartest in the room before you loose your job. Thing is, the person who disabled the USB ports will clearly know you’re downloading wanking tools.
