Back on your question, Pure Karate and a boxer who have trained for maybe 6months equal weight and everything, I will give it the Boxers due to target reach and Guard, the fastest and most accurate strike is a punch, and a boxers punch is normally heavier and versatile also fast on reflex, also NOTE Boxing also is best used in closed fights and very Efficient while Karate is mostly on open space

hahaha @Mzee mzima nimekua Bondia kiasi, but me huwa na follow sports nyingi has fights, check Ultimate Fighting Championship, the Mixed Martial Arts, and Boxing, pia I think ESPN kitukaa hiyo
On the other hand even on the mixed Martial Arts sports I think the highest KO strikes have always been the boxing Punch due to its power, accuracy, speed and reflex, even in street wars its the punch that gets people down in terms of striking
