Supplying Nairobians with farm produce

I want to start this business tomorrow. I go the farms and buy assorted produce at farm gate prices and sell at wholesale/retail prices in Nairobi. I already have a store I can sell from. What I need is links to produce like avocados, sweet bananas, pomegranates, figs, (sweet)/potatoes etc. Anyone with links holla

This was a good business back in the day. Two of my uncles used to supply Tusky’s and Nakumatt. Nowadays it’s too crowded. The time to make money in this business was 15 years ago.

They are but the cake is too small and the hungry ones are many. If you decide to do it, don’t target supermarkets…kuna cartels. Instead, enda Marigiti and try to get a few mama wa soko uwapee bei mzuri. Ata uko kuna cartels pia so be very strategic. Patiana free produce for a week if you have to. Hii market can be very dangerous.
