Geitheka…Ukipata uniambie. Mimi nakufa hapa pole pole. Nilijimwagilia crushed grapes 2 days in a trot now I am paying a heavy price. I feel like I have not slept for 1 year. So I am making a soup with lots of pepper. Most of my friends have told me to drink some more!

Avoid red wine and brown coloured spirits.
Red wine is my fav tipple if I must drink Baba Toto. Along with a v cold beer now and again. Don’t do spirits. But I have to say, vile mambo inaenda naona I will have to give up this stuff. I can’t cope…my friends drink and go to work the next day!! I marvel. Nikifika the 3rd glass I start thinking about the illnesses in my family like Diabetes, Hypertension, Renal failure nawacha kabisa! Niambie how to cope with this hang’ee pls.
