I have clothes that I’ve outgrown, but may be too big to be given at children homes.
Any suggestions for where adult-sized clothes could possibly be disposed of usefully?

Go to any church near you and give them out. They always have needy folks who could do with such help.

Why would you give someone used clothes? Sell them. Patia mama mtush aziuze then use the money to buy new ones which you will donate. Poor people are not lesser people who wouldn’t mind wearing clothes that you mind wearing.
