Success Is Rented

Leo nimeona vitu kadhaa and it just reminded me how success can be fleeting.

  1. Nimeona former deputy governor akiuza kuni kwa news.
  2. Nikaingia IG nikaona Floyd Mayweather is broke (obviously broke yake sio broke ya mwananchi wa kawaida).

More often than not biz na life zikiwa poa people get tempted to think that things will remain like that. That is a big mistake. Kama ni biz, competition comes and your margins get competed away. Kama ni sports age catches up. Kama ni music you get cold. Kama ni politics you lose an election and nobody picks your calls anymore.

Huyu deputy gov ni wakutoka wale watu wa food mingi, he spent 70% of his income on food. So he may not be the best example to use to make your point.

Sustainability is true success. Floyd is illiterate. How do you go broke when America has had the greatest bull run ever? The other is a rudderless politician. These are not good examples.

My point was that hawakujipanga when they were up. Rental properties without loans huokolea sana.

If they knew that success is rented not owned wangejipanga.

.. success is continuous.

It is not a one-time event, but a journey of ongoing growth, learning, and achievement. Once one goal is reached, new challenges and opportunities arise, requiring continued effort and improvement.

Uki manage kushika gari… kuna maintenance, parking fee, car wash etc. Unawacha kutia bidii unaikelea kwa dimanga. Same na keja za rentals… ukona rentals unaziachilia zinakaa fort jesus.. wateja wanahama.

Si mumeambiwa uyo deputy governor anajua kile anafanya,
Alafu uyo TMT pia yeye anajua the secret
Let me give you a free advice:when you become wealthy always declare yourself bankrupt ata KRA wata kuhurumia.
Fyi I have file Nill in m KRA tax return na ukiona my income wacha tu…

This guy’s story does not add up… How does he then expect his daughter who scored A- to study at USIU when there are other options? There is more to the story than we are being told… what if he is running from EACC cross-hairs??
