The only way to change a grade in any university in kenya is to to to the academic registrar’s office or the equivalent and change the contents of your file. Since a copy is in the dean of faculty/school, go there and change the file there too. then go to the exam office and change that. The dean of students might have a copy so go there and change it. Then go to the internet and hack.
