I go to the gym.

On normal days I follow my routine with a little tweak here and there depending on the conditions.

On days that I am stressed I just get into the gym and let my “feelings” direct me. Sometimes I just go in and talk while pretending to lift.

Naishia kwa hoteli, nakula mpaka nichoke…alafu najipata nime switch off

Kuna stresses zingine you can’t walk off or just listen to music and they go away. There are some that just creep up on you for no reason. You get this deep feeling of despair, loneliness that just won’t go away no matter where you go or what company you keep.

Simple: deal with the cause of stress head on. Don’t postpone or procrastinate.

Alter routine, work out, take walks etc. Monotony could be one of the reasons u are feeling hivyo. Take a budget weekend outside, somewhere rural and green, hide from social media while you are on that break.

:D:D:D siku hizi tuko poa,I call the shorts.Najaribu juu chini nione kama nitatoa duplicate. But I miss my space…Can’t believe its gone

Drive to a secluded place carrying those camping chairs, sit watching the natural setting, listen to the chirping birds and insects. You will not tell the stress leaves you
