You don’t need heavy weights to grow muscle.Scientifically proven small weight more reps maybe a quarter of what you’ve suggested.

Professional reasons make sense, but if it didn’t work out maybe it’s time to go natural

Hii ni noma. Benching 80kg is not a joke, neither is squatting 100kg for reps. Hizi za ma 200kgs, I have never seen with my own eyes.

You need to get bigger simple and go to a serious gym with serious big guys(si gym zimejaa tu slay queen tuna beba pink dumbells) at a bodyweight of kitu 130kg 200kg nikitu rahisi sana 1 rep of course.

Balls ziko poa bado I used to cycle on and off twice a year. From this year am going natty due to other complications.
