I have been streaming football live and now my buddies want me to allow them view through my connection.

Na mtu anifunze if it is possible to wirelessly display a laptop’s screen contents on a smart tv

Tumia chromecast/ezcast

If the laptop has wifi direct or is DLNA enabled inaweza connect. For DLNA your TV and laptops ought to be in the same wireless network.
If your smart tv has NFC kama za Sony and your laptop supports the same you can display the laptop screen on the tv.

Kama nataka kudisplay web page ya laptop kwa tv, nifanyeje

Same thing. Whatever iko kwa screen ndio itashow kwa tv. Ama utumie tu hdmi cable, since not many laptops have DLNA or NFC.
