Yesterday night after my wife n i prepared supper(rice n minji + ovacado), i immediately took 3cups of water after consuming a huge pile of food. Then i began experiencing the normal abdominal pain coz of over feeding. In the middle of the night while sleeping i felt a massive pain in the left side of the stomach. I even vomited twice but still the pain was persistent. Till now am still enduring the pain. Kindly advice what might be the issue. Dr @Luther n and other guys pls help a brother

Enda hospitali you are wasting time online. Na hii tabia ya Avocado kwa food achieni watoto wa highschool. Unless she is a poor cook hence the avocado adds some taste to the meal.
