LOLOL Suntra! Its my current exchange and still my current so I don’t know how the others are. However I notice an attitude change in customer service from 17 years ago. Back then even though you could tell all the office employees were related in some way things were still running smooth and efficiently. Respectful cashier (Timothy)…some really cool Desk-ops guy (Shadraq). Things went South when due to the Kengen and later Saf its like there was an avalanche of new accounts and even the order placements moved from Nation Center to Old Nation Hse, customer service dropped, higher staff turnover. Went back in 2019 to make some account changes and found some clueless youngins unbothered with customers. These days just getting some follow up remotely is hard, their website is outdated and when you physically follow up on some issues its like filling up the same form again and being told to check on Monday.
