The only item that stands out is no 10,other operating expenses, it seems like they took a charge of ~50m kshs. could be fraud as you alluded, another possibility could be they overvalued an asset for sale and have to reflect market price. To be sure,check on footnotes the ones that explain no. 10, it is bound to explain that huge charge. I hope it is a one time charge.
