We all have our points of strengths and weaknesses.
i want share one of my many.Taking Risks. the sound of that makes me shiver.
The problem is that the urge and hunger of starting up my own venture is being dampened by the sheer fear of losing it all.
This is the path that i have walked for the last two years and seems its gonna lead me to next year.
I thought if i had 100k i would start my business.that was my ambitious mind when i finished campus in 2014.
i have saved, and saved both sacco and bank.now with savings of almost 500k i feel am still where i was when i left campus lest for the increase in belly mass and more shirts.
is there anyone who has been through this predicament ?
If you are still in employment, you are better off buying assets than starting a business. I wish I knew this earlier. Buy land or any other asset and continue hustling.
I visited a financial adviser and they said at 25-30 your investmants should be on buying assets and speculating.
do you know of any land scheme that is selling out lands in areas like juja, rongai, ngong or kikuyu? @M2Random
I think this is not accurate. Infact, it should be the opposite. That is the age where you can afford to engage in high-risk ventures (like manufacturing, cc @Gio) since you still have the energy and can afford to start all over again if the worst happens. Plus no serious commitments at the age. As you grow older, you now consolidate your wealth into assets like rental houses or mbuloti.
Ther are guys with ideas but cash poor, guys with cash but ideas poor @sparks if you know a couple of your friends that you can trust, with ideas and can execute on them why not partner with them?
I buy from individuals with their title deeds, not schemes. If you are serious about buying a plot in Juja, kuja inbox I can help you search for one if you give me a budget estimate.
